SEA COLONY

The Freeman Fitness Center, dedicated to the memory of Carl and Josh Freeman, is located on the west side of the community.  Major features of the renovation include:

• A new larger, deeper and more accessible indoor pool, hot tub and sauna with more deck space
• A new Aerobics Room with a sound and audio visual system for screening movies
• A modernized Cardio and Weight Room with new equipment that supports expanded workout activities 
• Larger and updated locker rooms for men, women and families which are nearly doubled in size
• Expanded parking to accommodate activities
• Major infrastructure changes for electrical - including high efficiency LED lighting, HVAC, plumbing and security
